Cancellation Policy

Service Cancellation by Client:

Cancellations must be requested in writing via email to metasoftera@gmail.com. If the service has not yet been initiated, you may cancel without incurring charges.

Service Cancellation by Us:

We reserve the right to cancel services for non-compliance with our Terms and Conditions or payment issues. In such cases, the client will be notified promptly, and any eligible refunds will be processed.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds:

Refunds are applicable if:

The service is not delivered within the agreed timeline. The service provided significantly differs from the agreed scope.

Non-Refundable Items:

Payments made for completed services or services already in progress. Transaction fees, setup fees, or third-party charges incurred during the service process.

Refund Process:

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to metasoftera@gmail.com within 7 days of service delivery. Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after approval and will be credited to the original payment method.
